Chiswick Park has brought in Christopher Turton to take over the management of the 1.8 million-square-foot West London business campus.

Turton, who enters as estate director, will take on ownership of all operational, commercial and administrative elements of the campus managed by Enjoy-Work.

The recruit has a history of high-profile management roles including a stint as operations director for Atlas Capital, overseeing a portfolio of £750 million. He was also associate director for Segro, managing 72 estates across London, and directed the growth of Cardinal Place and Estate as general manager.

Turton takes on stewardship of the park, owned by CIC and asset-managed by Revantage Europe, after it attracted a slew of technology and gaming firms last year, with Sega, Dell and Light and Wonder all taking space, and Pokémon expanding at Building 10.

Turton said in a statement: "Since the park opened there was a vision for it be a community in a community and to do ‘work’ in a different way and it has done that better than almost anywhere in the world.

"I am proud and honoured to be taking over the reins at such a prestigious, globally known location, and it’s an absolute thrill to be leading the next chapter of its story."

He added: "I want to challenge the accepted norms of what good looks like, keep us at the forefront of what is extraordinary and ensure the continual evolution and development of our ESG programmes."
