Ethan Conrad Properties Boosts Local Holdings, Acquires California Center for $11.8 Million

Weeks after securing Point West Station, locally-based commercial real estate owner and operator Ethan Conrad Properties has acquired a foreclosed on Class A office building at 8880 Cal Center Dr. in Sacramento for $11.8 million, or approximately $99 per square foot.
