After selling a majority stake earlier this year in The Rotunda Building, its former longtime office location in downtown Oakland and one its most prominent adaptive reuse developments, California Capital & Investment Group has decamped for Pleasant Hill, California, where it relocated its main office after buying The Terraces, a recently renovated six-story office building located at 2300 Contra Costa Blvd.
