Fortis Reaches Deal with Hines for 55-Story, 1.3 Million-SF High-Rise

Fortis Property Group, a private real estate investment, operating and development company headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, has acquired the signature Chase Tower at 2200 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas from Hines REIT for a purchase price local reports put at an estimated $285 million.
