Ellen Bryan has joined regeneration specialist Muse as a development manager in its southern team, which is based in London.
Bryan brings more than a decade of mixed-use regeneration experience, arriving from Blackstone-owned warehouse developer and owner St Modwen, where she was a senior development manager for around two and a half years.
Her previous experience includes roles at Network Rail and Associated British Ports, involving public-private partnerships and delivering transport-centric regeneration across the rail and port industries.
She joins a team responsible for delivering schemes such as Manor Road Quarter, a mixed use development in London's Canning Town, and Stroudley Walk in Bromley-by-Bow, another mixed-use scheme comprising 274 homes.
Mike Auger, managing director at Muse South, said in a statement: "Ellen’s extensive experience will further add to our industry-leading southern team, based in our London office."
Earlier this month, Muse recruited a pair of regeneration specialists to its North West team, including former Greystar employee Alex Vogel, who joined as senior development manager.
