Investor KKR, through its industrial and logistics platform Mirastar, has acquired a logistics property of approximately 47,000 square meters in the Port of Duisburg. The seller is the globally integrated logistics company AP Moller-Maersk, which had leased back the property at Dr-Wilhelm-Roelen-Straße 40 on a long-term basis. According to broker information from last year, the sale price was around €60 million. A report states that the sale-leaseback transaction took place in December 2025 and has now been completed.
