Investment Concepts, a high-net-worth Orange County-based family office that owns apartments and shopping centers in Southern California, Nevada, Oregon and Arizona, expanded its portfolio with the year-end purchase of Plaza Pacifica, a retail center in San Clemente, California, from Tobin & Co., an accounting firm based in Purchase, New York.
