National multifamily builder, owner and operator NRP Group has picked industry veteran Taylor Lindsley to help lead and grow the company’s Florida operations.
In his new role as vice president of development for Florida, Lindsley will oversee new project origination and help drive a pipeline of market-rate development opportunities, NRP said. He will oversee all aspects of the company’s urban and suburban multifamily development, leveraging the company’s network of brokers, owners, architects, attorneys and public‑sector partners to advance projects, zoning and approvals.
“Florida’s housing market continues to present dynamic growth opportunities, and I’m eager to help shape developments that reflect the modern and flexible living environments today’s residents demand,” Lindsley said in a statement.
With headquarters in Cleveland, NRP Group is active nationally and ranked as the 11th-largest multifamily developer in the country, according to the 2025 National Multifamily Housing Council, with 3,310 units started in 2024.
NRP’s holdings in Florida include 6,357 rental homes in markets such as Fort Myers, Venice, St. Petersburg, Tampa and Orlando, according to the company. Nationally, NRP has developed over 67,000 units, according to its website.
Lindsley "brings years of experience in project origination and overseeing complex deal pipelines with both precision and vision," said Brett Gelsomino, senior vice president of development for Florida at NRP Group, in a statement. Lindsley will report to Gelsomino in his new role.
Prior to joining NRP Group, Lindsey served as the Florida development manager for Milhaus, where he led the multifamily development company's projects from origination to opening. He also worked at Wadsworth Development Group in Arizona and JE Dunn Construction.
