A Fort Wayne, Indiana-based company's operation expansion created new jobs in the region.
Specializing in electronics manufacturing and product design, Riverside Manufacturing signed a deal in September 2025 to increase its space in Summit Park, a three-star, 300,000-square-foot industrial park located at 7310 Innovation Blvd. in the North Fort Wayne area. The manufacturer now occupies 173,755 square feet at Summit Park, which was constructed in 1985 and is owned by The Hagerman Group, a construction company with offices in Fort Wayne and Fishers, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky.
Riverside's expansion included plans to create 140 new jobs across production, engineering, logistics and administrative functions, according to CoStar Research.
Riverside Manufacturing's deal has been selected by a panel of local industry professionals as the winner of the 2026 CoStar Impact Awards for lease of the year for Fort Wayne.
About the deal: Riverside Manufacturing signed the triple-net sublease in September 2025 for a term of 10 years. The sublease includes 111,955 square feet and builds upon Riverside's previous lease signed in December 2024 for 61,800 square feet for 10 years.
They made it happen: Fletcher Moppert, broker associate, and Steven Zacher, president, of The Zacher Co. represented the landlord in the transaction. David Dumas, partner, of BND Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant.
