Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (NYSE: CLI) will exit the New York City and Washington, D.C. office markets after agreeing to terms to sell approximately $365.5 million in assets as part of a $750 million disposition strategy laid out by the Edison, NJ-based firm last year.
