Closing in on the complete sell-off of its D.C. assets, Mack-Cali Realty (NYSE: CLI) completed its previously announced sale of the 12-story Longfellow Building at 1201 Connecticut Ave. NW to Unizo Holdings Co. for $93 million, or about $548 per square foot.
