Wilmington, Delaware-based real estate investment firm Commonwealth Group has reacquired a Lancaster Pike office building at 4250 Lancaster Pike, a three-story, 93,770-square-foot office building that was originally developed as a build to suit for the DuPont Co. in 2000 on the grounds of its Chestnut Run office complex in Greenville, Delaware.
