Construction is nearing completion of a $135 million redevelopment of Trammell Crow Center -- one of the tallest skyscrapers in downtown Dallas -- with a major lease deal expected to be completed in the near future that will help fill a big void left by the departure of consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
