Sterling Organization Acquires Regional Shopping Center

The Pasadena Crossroads retail shopping center has sold for $31.6 million, or $98.90 per square foot. Sterling Organization, a Florida-based development and investment company, acquired the 319,518-square-foot regional center in an off-market transaction with The Hampshire Cos., according to CoStar information.
