Cushman & Wakefield appointed Stephanie Greene as its chief sustainability officer and global head of sustainability services. She will lead the commercial real estate services company’s global sustainability strategy and consulting platform, working with occupiers and investors to enhance operational performance, resilience and drive long-term value across real estate portfolios, the real estate services firm said.
Greene joins from CBRE, where she served as global head of its sustainability advisory business. She brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of real estate, energy and strategy, with prior senior roles encompassing innovation, large-scale systems transformation, decarbonization and advisory services at the Rocky Mountain Institute and Pacific Gas and Electric Co.
Julie Northcutt-Dunn joined Cresa as the firm’s president of markets. In the newly created executive role, Northcutt-Dunn will lead Cresa's more than 55 offices across North America and drive growth across those markets through strategic planning and organic growth initiatives.
She joined Cresa from Colliers, where she was an executive managing director, most recently in Chicago and before that in South Florida, and has held prior senior leadership roles in CBRE and Fifth Third Bank.
Nicholas Gesue was named chief operating officer for Greystone. He will oversee daily operations across the national commercial real estate finance firm’s lending, servicing and asset management businesses to support continued growth, Greystone said. Gesue, who has over 25 years of experience, most recently served as CEO of NewPoint Real Estate Capital. He is based in New York and reports directly to Greystone founder and CEO Steve Rosenberg.
JPMorgan appointed Cassandra Silvernail as Central region division manager for its community development banking team, starting in July. In her new role, she will lead the 26-state Central region team, providing financing for affordable and workforce housing projects alongside tax credit equity investments, the bank said. Bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate financing experience to the role, she joined the firm from Bank of America, where she worked as a credit executive for the South.
Gilbane Building promoted Chelsea Beacom to business leader for the group’s Washington, D.C., region operations. The position entails expanding the company’s market portfolio and service offerings in the market, Gilbane said. She assumes the role after serving over 15 years at the firm and having been involved in projects including the U.S. Diplomacy Center, the Baltimore Ravens' M&T Bank Stadium and the U.S. General Services Administration's Hoover Building renovations.
Nishant Bagadia joined CBRE as the group’s global head of energy and sustainability partnerships. The real estate services firm said Bagadia will oversee its global partner ecosystem across energy and sustainability services, structuring and scaling partnerships to align with client needs and net zero goals, the company said. Bagadia is a board member of Fair Trade USA, an adviser to multiple clean tech startups and founders, and is based in the Bay area.
Elizabeth Roy was appointed chief investment officer of Tampa, Florida-based multifamily investor American Landmark. She will lead the firm’s investment strategy, capital deployment, acquisitions, risk management and portfolio management functions, reporting directly to CEO Joe Lubeck, American Landmark said. She brings two decades of experience to the role, having closed over $6 billion in transactions throughout her career.
Phoenix-based Western Retail Advisors, or WRA, has opened a new Tucson office, with the retail brokerage tapping Nancy McClure to serve as senior vice president and southern Arizona market leader. McClure and the new office will support the firm’s tenant and landlord representation, restaurant and entertainment leasing, specialty leasing and investment sales services, WRA said. She joins from CBRE, bringing 36 years of experience to the role.
Chance Gordon was promoted to senior analyst by Atlanta-based Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group. Having joined the firm in 2024, he serves as a member of the transaction team and has helped close a number of deals across various asset classes totaling $348 million in capital raised.
