LA County Property Values Increase to $1.76 Trillion Despite Pandemic

Cerritos Paced the County With 9.1% Growth

Homes and warehouses were in demand last year, which drove up prices and increased overall property values in Los Angeles County, according to new data from the L.A. County assessor’s office. The overall pace of growth moderated compared to prior years, however, as hotels and retail properties suffered and business personal property values declined.
