In a significant year-end trade, JDS Development Group closed on its acquisition of the ornate former Dime Savings Bank building at 9 Dekalb Ave. in downtown Brooklyn, NY, from JP Morgan Chase. The New York-based developer pourchased the domed landmark for $90 million, or about $1,300 per square foot.
