GI Partners Acquires Fully Leased Mission Critical Data Facility in Chicago

Acquisition is First in Chicagoland for TechCore

GI Partners purchased the 107,000-square-foot mission critical data center facility at 601 W. Polk St. in Chicago from locally-based private investment company AlteredScale for a reported purchase price of $17.845 million, or approximately $167 per square foot.
