The Arc Erie County Pays $4.2 Million for Former Medaille College Satellite Campus

Buffalo, New York-based The Arc Erie County, a social services agency for the developmentally disabled, purchased a 49,587-square-foot building that previously served as a satellite campus for Medaille College in Amherst, New York. A private local investor sold the property for $4.15 million, or about $84 per square foot.
