Nearly a year after coming together on the sale of the connected 3003 Washington Blvd. building, privately-held local real estate investment firm Penzance completed its disposition of 3001 Washington Blvd. in Arlington, VA to KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III in an off-market deal for $52 million, or approximately $565 per square foot.
