Los Angeles-based investment management firm CBRE Global Investors (NYSE: CBG) completed its purchase of the AT&T Midtown Center in Midtown Atlanta from a joint venture between VEREIT, formerly known as American Realty Capital Properties, and Macfarlan Capital Partners for $260 million, or approximately $327 per square foot.
