Rock-solid demand supports unbending stabilized vacancy rates

Like many Sun Belt markets, Dallas-Fort Worth continues to work through record levels of supply that have pushed overall vacancies higher. Even so, submarkets within Collin County are holding relatively firm with stabilized vacancy rates — or vacancies for properties that were completed over 18 months ago or have reached 90% occupancy — trending near their historical average.
