Lalezarian Properties Acquires Century Plaza Office for $23M

TIAA-CREF Divests 116,000 SF in Nassau County

Lalezarian Properties purchased the Century Plaza office building at 330 Old Country Rd. in Mineola, NY from TIAA-CREF for $23.5 million, or about $203 per square foot, in an all-cash sale. Built in 1989 and substantially renovated in 2009, the 115,690-square-foot office tower is located adjacent to Mineola’s LIRR station and along multiple bus routes in the new Downtown area. The Plaza features steel construction and 475 covered parking spaces. At the time of sale it was 95 percent leased, with major tenants including Oracle America, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Veritext Corp.
