Denver real estate firm DPC Cos. and Salt Lake City investor Bridge Investment Group bought the Denver West Business Park, a 20-building, 1.3 million-square-foot office campus in the suburb of Lakewood, in the largest office transaction by square footage in Colorado this year -- with bigger deals of that kind in the state not expected soon.
