Jessica Martino Enan
Martino Enan has been appointed as chief commercial officer at Auberge Collection. Most recently, she served as executive vice president, global chief digital and client service officer at Gucci, where she led the brand’s global digital and omnichannel growth and reimagined the client experience across all touchpoints. Previously, she held senior leadership roles with Louis Vuitton, LVMH and Vogue.
Kristen Richter
Richter has been appointed as chief commercial officer of Peregrine Hospitality. She joins from Accor, where she served as chief commercial officer for the Fairmont and Raffles brands, overseeing commercial strategy across sales, revenue, digital, loyalty and distribution.
David Rosenberg
Rosenberg has been promoted to president, focused service division, at Hotel Equities. Rosenberg joined Hotel Equities in 2020 and most recently served as executive vice president of operations, where he oversaw the deployment of analytics-driven performance dashboards, managed merger and acquisitions integrations and led a substantial portion of Hotel Equities' multi-branded hotel portfolio.
Peter Tziahanas
Tziahanas has been promoted to president, full service division, at Hotel Equities. Tziahanas joined Hotel Equities in 2021 and previously served as executive vice president of operations, overseeing key lifestyle and owned assets across the firm’s portfolio.
Darlene Vanderlaan
Vanderlaan has been appointed as a vice president of finance at CoralTree Hospitality. She previously served as director of resort operations development and programming for Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where she led project planning and execution for new resort openings, drove technology integrations and enhanced operational performance to elevate the guest experience.
Brian Whitefox
Whitefox has been appointed as a vice president of finance at CoralTree Hospitality. Most recently, he supported 16 hotels and 19 restaurants as regional director of operations finance at Sage Hospitality, where he enhanced reporting systems, improved forecast accuracy and drove cost efficiencies across a diverse portfolio.
General managers
Ingrid Chaves
Chaves has been appointed as general manager of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans. Most recently, she served as hotel manager at Orlando World Center Marriott, achieving record-breaking results in guest satisfaction and revenue growth while advancing community impact initiatives.
Grant Friedman
Friedman has been appointed as general manager of Palm House in Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout his career, he has held senior management roles with globally recognized brands including Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, Acqualina Resort & Residences, and Wymara Resort + Villas in Turks & Caicos, where he served as opening managing director for over a decade. Most recently, he consulted with Kaleidoscope Hospitality on the forthcoming Whitfield Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, guiding the project’s pre-opening strategy, operational design and positioning within the South Florida luxury market.
Kalyana Krishnamoorthy
Krishnamoorthy has been appointed as general manager of The Elmore Hotel, Tribute Portfolio in Southlake, Texas. Over the past 25 years, he has served in leadership roles at some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, The Luxury Collection and Four Seasons. His career has taken him to iconic destinations across the United States — Napa, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, South Beach, and Fort Lauderdale — as well as internationally, with notable experience in countries such as Qatar, Malaysia and Singapore.
Emily Nichols
Nichols has been appointed as general manager of The Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in Sacramento, California. Nichols most recently served in roles in the Bay Area, including the Kimpton Alton Hotel in San Francisco’s iconic Fisherman’s Wharf, where she led the team for four years and fostered Kimpton’s unique style of genuine, heartfelt hospitality. Her time in the Bay Area also included leadership roles at The Kimpton Buchanan and the historic Sir Francis Drake Hotel.
Andrew Rogers
Rogers has been appointed as market general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon in Naples, Florida. Rogers joins The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples after serving as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park. There, he led the Forbes Five-Star property to achieve benchmark performance in the U.S. East region.
Mustafa Suer
Suer has been appointed as general manager of the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead in Atlanta. Suer brings over 20 years of international leadership experience, having led luxury hotels and resorts across three continents under brands such as Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. His appointment marks a return to Atlanta, where he previously held a leadership role with IHG.
Sales and marketing
Heather Eubank
Eubank has been appointed as director of events of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida. Eubank brings 35 years of hospitality experience to her new role, having started her career at Amelia Island where she planned and executed special events and themed parties. Over nearly three decades with Hyatt Hotels Corp., she has held various event leadership roles across the brand, establishing herself as a trusted partner to both her colleagues and clients.
Farzanah Johnson
Johnson has been appointed as director of national sales for the Northeast region of The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She most recently served as northeast director of national accounts at Nemacolin Resort, where she consistently exceeded annual sales goals and significantly expanded market share.
Food and beverage
Luis Garcia
Garcia has been appointed as director of food and beverage of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Miami. Most recently, he served as executive director of food and beverage at SLS South Beach, where he led eight venues including The Bazaar by José Andrés and Katsuya, driving double-digit profitability gains and securing top TripAdvisor rankings for fine dining in Miami Beach.
Dominic Gerardi
Gerardi has been appointed as director of food and beverage of the Seacliff Inn in Aptos, California. Throughout his career of more than 30 years, he has overseen multi-unit operations and large-scale staff, with a focus on cost control, vendor management and service-driven training.
Jacopo Nardini
Nardini has been appointed as director of food and beverage of The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Most recently, Nardini served as director of restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, where he oversaw multiple outlets and led the resort through major renovations while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
Mary O'Neill
O'Neill has been appointed as executive chef of the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort in Santa Barbara, California. A tenured Hilton leader, O’Neill most recently served as executive chef at Parc 55 Hotel by Hilton in San Francisco, overseeing all culinary operations for the 1,000-room property, including banquets, catering and restaurant outlets.
Aki Robertson
Robertson has been appointed as executive chef of the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. In 2021, he was promoted to executive chef at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay where he furthered his craft of creating seafood dishes inspired by the Eastern Shore.
Liz Wolferman
Wolferman has been appointed as director of food and beverage of the Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook Chicago in Oak Brook, Illinois. Wolferman joins the hotel with 18 years of hospitality and restaurant leadership experience across Brooklyn, Portland, London and Chicago. Most recently, she served as assistant director of operations with Levy Restaurants.
John Borras
Borras has been appointed executive chef at the Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook Chicago in Oak Brook, Illinois. He brings with him decades of culinary and operational experience through leadership roles with Marriott International properties as well as his own concept, Macarena Tapas, that he operated in Naperville for 19 years.
Miscellaneous
Lanikai Lindsey
Lindsey has been appointed as resort manager at the Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort in Lanai City, Hawaii. He comes to the award-winning wellness retreat most recently from his position as resort manager at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. But this isn’t his first exposure to Lanai; he helped open the Lodge at Koele nearly two decades ago as part of the original Four Seasons rebranding team.
Bertrand Mangeot
Mangeot has been appointed as managing director of the Salamander Washington DC in Washington, D.C. He joins Salamander from InterContinental San Diego, where he served as general manager since 2023. He spent more than 21 years with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where he held leadership roles in New York, Cleveland, Toronto, Atlanta and San Diego.
Gerson Velasquez
Velasquez has been appointed as managing director of the Okana Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Velasquez joins Okana following his tenure at Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas, where he was part of the opening team and played a pivotal role in achieving record guest satisfaction, team engagement and financial performance.
