Northwestern Mutual Sells Exelon Facility for $34.8 Million

New York City-based W.P. Carey Inc., on behalf of its managed non-traded REIT, CPA:18-Global, acquired the Cornerstone II at Cantera building at 4300 Winfield Rd. in Warrenville, IL from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. for $34.8 million, or about $237 per square foot.
