Toronto-based private equity real estate company CanFirst Capital Management, on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund V, struck a deal with Slate Office REIT (NYSE: SOT.UN) to acquire 505 Industrial Dr. in Milton, Ontario for $22.5 million, or approximately $87 per square foot.
