AltaPointe Health Systems Purchases Office Building in Mobile for $2.6 Million

AltaPointe Health Systems Inc., a community mental health center, recently purchased the office building at 1015 Montlimar Dr. in Mobile, AL that was previously occupied by Alabama Psychiatric Services. AltaPointe purchased the building for $2.6 million, or $132 per square foot, and also assumed and paid off a debt of $684,000.
