Guelph, Ontario-based Skyline Group of Companies has recruited real estate veteran Ted Willcocks to serve as executive vice president of capital raising.

Willcocks has worked in commercial real estate for more than 30 years and spent the past five year at Triovest, where he served as president and CEO. Before that, Willcocks served as global head of asset management for real estate at Manulife Investment Management.

“He will play a key role in advancing Skyline’s mission to provide high-performing private alternative investments that support long-term wealth creation,” Skyline Group said in a LinkedIn post.

Skyline was co-founded in 1999 by brothers Jason and Martin Castellan and R. Jason Ashdown. The three continue to lead the company today, along with Wayne Byrd. As of June 30, Skyline reported it had over $9 billion in assets under management.
