Swervo Development Acquires Minneapolis Armory

Plans to Remodel Space into Event Venue

Local developer Swervo Company, led by Ned Abdul, purchased the 110,000-square-foot Minneapolis Armory building at 500 S. 6th St. for $6 million, or about $54 per square foot, from Armory Development II LLC.
