Comprehensive Cancer Centers is establishing a flagship location in downtown Las Vegas, furthering the area's status as a medical hub and delivering more care to patients.

In late 2025, Comprehensive Cancer Centers signed a 15,420-square-foot lease at Molasky Corporate Center at 100 N. City Parkway within the 61-acre Symphony Park master-planned community.

Comprehensive Cancer Centers is expected to open its medical office in May.

The group backfilled a vacant space that was last occupied by a gym, said Andrew Molasky, president of Parkway Center LLC, in an interview with CoStar News.

The addition of Comprehensive Cancer Centers strengthens Molasky Corporate Center's building profile and reinforces its long-term stability. Upon opening, Comprehensive Cancer Centers will join several public sector and professional services tenants at the building.

These expanded services and the increased daily activity it will bring to Symphony Park led to Comprehensive Cancer Centers' lease being selected by a panel of local industry professionals as the winner of the 2026 CoStar Impact Awards for Lease of the Year for Las Vegas.

About the project: Comprehensive Cancer Centers will house multiple oncology specialties at its new Las Vegas office.

To accommodate those specialties, tenant improvements included building out space to bring in advanced medical equipment, designing patient-centered interior layouts and ensuring enhanced air-quality performance.

Additionally, Comprehensive Cancer Centers will have a garden and on-site pharmacy for patients, Molasky said.

The center improves access to oncology services for patients throughout Las Vegas, reduces travel times for nearby residents and complements the district’s expanding concentration of specialty care providers.

What the judges said: "Comprehensive Cancer Centers is not just filling space — it’s anchoring a medical district and reinforcing the long-term stability of a trophy asset. That’s catalytic impact," said Pamela Junge, president of The Junge Group.

They made it happen: Patti Dillon, executive vice president of Colliers; Taber Thill, executive vice president of Colliers; Megan McInerney, associate vice president of Colliers; John Tippins, CEO of Northcap; and Kellie Ortiz-Thompson, vice president of downtown development for Northcap.
