Following the approval by the City Council of Bloomington, Indiana, to appropriate proceeds from the recently approved public safety bonds for public safety facility improvements, The City's Redevelopment Commission finalized the purchase of 320 W. 8th St., a section of the Showers Building adjacent to City Hall.
