Banking and financial services giant Citibank signed a 15-year lease renewal for 123,263 square feet in the Miami Center office building at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd. in Miami, FL. The 34-story building totals 786,267 square feet in the downtown Miami submarket. Citigroup's renewal includes floors 1, 5, 6, 29, 31 and 33.
