Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Inc., located in Hackensack, NJ recently announced plans for development of a 350-room dual branded hotel for mixed-use located at its Glenpointe complex in Teaneck, NJ. The new project will feature Homewood Suites by Hilton Brands and the Hampton Inn & Suites. White Lodging, located in Merrillville, IN will manage the new hotel upon completion of the project.
