LXi REIT has bought the Life Science and Biotech campus in York, England. The listed real estate company announced the acquisition alongside two other purchases totaling £80 million, reflecting a 5.25% net initial yield. It did not provide a breakdown for the acquisitions. However, CoStar News reported last month that CBRE Global Investors was bringing the 381,903-square-foot campus to market, seeking £42.175 million, a 6.25% net initial yield.
