Netflix this week resumed filming in Los Angeles for the first time in almost four months, but cautioned that surges in coronavirus cases in L.A. and other cities where the streaming giant has major studios and offices make it unclear when the streamer can fully ramp up production of original content. The continued effects of the virus could force the company to reevaluate its real estate strategy.
