American Express Phoenix Campus Sells for $91.5M

Griffin REIT Acquires 513,000 SF

Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT II, Inc., a California-based real estate investment trust, acquired the American Express campus comprised of two three-story office buildings in Phoenix, AZ from the Police & Fire Retirement System of Detroit Pension Fund for $91.5 million, or about $178 per square foot.
