Managed office provider MetSpace has recruited Daniel Yershon to the role of acquisitions manager this month.
MetSpace said Yershon's role involves identifying and securing prospective locations across prime central London, "as well as building and nurturing key relationships with landlords and partners".
The recruit began his career in residential property at Barnard Marcus before moving into commercial real estate in 2019. He has since worked with several leading flexible office operators, including Business Cube and BE Offices.
He joined the Langham Estate in 2022, where he developed expertise in the traditional leasing market, the group said.
Yershon said in a statement: "I’m massively motivated to keep the ball rolling on delivering the best possible opportunities to grow the portfolio further."
The firm said their addition strengthens its operations support network. Chief operating officer Ashley Diamond added: "As our portfolio expands across Central London, it’s essential to add team members who share our vision and understanding of how the market is adapting to the modern way of working.
"Daniel brings that in abundance. His experience across both flexible and conventional markets makes him a valuable asset in identifying new opportunities and building strong landlord partnerships.”
