It was an open secret that Ludovic Delaisse, managing director in charge of all transactional and advisory activities since 2021, was set to become president of Colliers France.
Delaisse succeeds Antoine Derville, who becomes chairman of the board.
"I am committed to leading our teams into a new phase of growth, delivering exceptional results for our clients and creating exciting development opportunities for our employees," he said.
The new president added: "My vision is based on a simple conviction: putting our teams at the center of our actions. By fostering an environment where talent can innovate and progress, we will strengthen our ability to meet the most complex challenges. Through enhanced collaboration between our Consulting, Transaction, and Project expertise, we will continue to consolidate our position in the market."
Over the past five years, Colliers France has undergone a profound transformation under the leadership of Antoine Derville. Three months ago, he told Business Immo: "We will end the current financial year (2025) with revenue up 12-13%, driven by the strength of the Project and Advisory divisions, as well as market share gains in the transaction business." "Over the period 2021-2025, we have doubled our revenue and achieved balance across all our business lines," Delaisse added.
In recent days, Colliers France has also expanded the roles of Tanguy Quéro, as director of strategy, data and AI, and Frédéric Goupil de Bouillé, as director of the consulting division of Colliers France.
Thirty years of experience
This handover is therefore a logical step. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Ludovic Delaisse held several management positions at JLL and then Cushman & Wakefield before joining Colliers.
"As Chairman, I will continue to work with Ludovic to maintain our operational excellence and the quality of our services. I will also continue to create new opportunities for our clients, both in France and internationally, and to strengthen synergies between our teams in EMEA," said Antoine Derville.
Davoud Amel-Azizpour, CEO of Colliers EMEA, added: "We are delighted to announce Ludovic's appointment as Chairman of Colliers France, as part of a long-planned leadership transition. His in-depth knowledge of all our businesses, his key role in the development of our activities, and his relationship of trust with Antoine make him the natural successor."
Amel-Azizpour also said the firm is "pleased that Antoine will continue in his role as Chairman, and we express our gratitude to him for his leadership. With this management team, Colliers is perfectly positioned to seize new opportunities for our clients and employees, and to further strengthen our presence in France and the EMEA region."
