Investment Trades at 90% Occupancy

Watumull Properties Corporation purchased the office building at 221 Molalla Ave. in Oregon City, OR from Modoc Investments LLC for $6.29 million, or about $183 per square foot. This investment property sold at 90 percent occupancy. The building measures 34,363 square feet and was renovated in 2007.
