Rubloff Development Group Sells Convenience Store Asset for $6.7 Million

Rubloff Development Group sold a newly constructed 7-Eleven convenience store and filling station outfitted with electric vehicle rechargers at 501 5th St. in Marysville, California.  A private investor based in San Jose purchased the property for $6,705,000, or approximately $2,227.57 per square foot.
