Southern New Hampshire's multifamily market, defined by CoStar for analytical purposes as the New Hampshire Beaches, Strafford County and Suburban Rockingham County in the Granite State, has seen apartment vacancy continue to increase, reaching 6% in the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 250 basis points year-over-year.
