The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will relocate from its longtime headquarters at 1771 N St. NW in Dupont Circle after striking a deal with local developer Monument Realty and its investment partner, New York-based Angelo, Gordon & Co., for a new corporate office building in Washington, D.C.'s Capitol Riverfront.
