PWA Real Estate Pays $38 Million for Baltimore High-Rise

CMC Investments Sells 300 E. Lombard

PWA Real Estate, a Pittsburgh-based investment firm, purchased 300 E. Lombard St. in downtown Baltimore early last month from CMC Investments for $38.32 million, or about $161 per square foot.
