Morgan Properties, one of the largest private multifamily owners in the U.S., recently acquired a 15-property apartment portfolio encompassing 4,102 units in Georgia, Florida and North and South Carolina from Middle Street Partners and its joint venture partner, The InterTech Group, for $648 million.
