B J T Enterprises Inc. sold the 26,900-square-foot retail property on 9.3 acres at 2999 W. Michigan Ave. in Jackson, Michigan, to Ironside Realty LLC for $3,050,000, or $113 per square foot. The property traded with an investment triple net sale condition with a capitalization rate of approximately 8% that began a 10-year lease term in September 2024. The property is fully occupied by Collision Right, which provides auto collision repair services.
