As much of the U.S. expects to feel cooler temperatures arrive over the coming weeks, hotel menus are offering meals to warm and delight their guests.

With fall just starting, hotel restaurants are bringing out a variety of flavors to capture the tastes of the season.

Dish: Pork Schnitzel

Served alongside hearty ancient grains (farro) and seasonal vegetables. A bright Fresno chili brings heat, while a vibrant salsa verde offers a refreshing counterpoint to cool the palate.
