Hotels shake up new seasonal sips with autumnal drink selections

Cinnamon, maple and citrus among the flavors this fall

As much of the U.S. will start to see leaves change color, hotels also will change their drink menus for the season.

As today marks the autumnal equinox, here is a selection of cocktails that hotels across the country are serving to guests this fall. While pumpkin spice is certainly known as the flavor of the season, it's not the only option out there.

Below is a list of specialty cocktails being offered at hotels this autumn with their ingredients and descriptions. Click through the slideshow for photos of the drinks.

Drink name: Spiced Pearfection

Ingredients: Grey Goose La Poire, Mathilde Liqueur, amaretto, lemon, winter spiced syrup

Ingredients: Maker's Mark Bourbon, Domaine de Canton, fresh lime, ginger beer

Drink Name: Moscow Mule

Ingredients: Vodka, ginger, cinnamon, orange, lime, angostura bitters, soda

Description: A fall take on a Moscow Mule. Orange and cinnamon infused vodka, fresh pressed ginger, paired with notes of clove and molasses from the bitters.

Ingredients: Old Fourth Bourbon, Aperol, spiced cranberry simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, orange peel expressed over the glass
