Anchor Tenant Closes on Hoschton Shopping Center

Publix Super Markets, the Lakeland, FL-based supermarket chain, has gone from tenant to owner after acquiring the 68,529-square-foot West Jackson Crossing in Hoschton, GA for $8.8 million, or about $128 per square foot.
