The Jim Pattison Group closed on its purchase of the Market at Magrath, a fully leased, mixed-use retail and professional office complex totaling just under 80,000 square feet located at the intersection of 23rd Avenue NW and Rabbit Hill Road in the affluent southwest Edmonton trade area.
